1. Booking sessions
When you book a session, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to be available at the scheduled time. Sessions are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed (or a valid package credit applied).
2. Cancellations
You may cancel a confirmed session up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time through your account. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session must be handled directly with your practitioner and may not be eligible for automatic refund or credit reissue.
3. Packages and credits
Session packages are sold as a bundle of prepaid credits for a specific modality. Credits are non-transferable between accounts and, where stated on the package, expire a set number of days after purchase. Unused, unexpired credits may be redeemed for any available session of the matching modality.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By booking a session or purchasing a package, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the listed price. Prices are subject to change, but changes will never affect a session or package you've already purchased.
5. Not a substitute for medical or mental health care
The modalities offered on this site (including breathwork, energy healing, hypnosis, and coaching) are complementary wellness practices. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or a licensed professional.
6. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
