How do I book a session?

Head to Services, choose a modality, and pick an available time — scheduling is handled through our live calendar, so you'll only see real open slots. You'll need a free account to book (this lets you manage and cancel your sessions from your Profile).

Do I need to create an account?

Yes. An account lets us tie your bookings, package credits, and receipts to you so you can view and manage them from your Profile at any time. You can sign up with Google or an email address.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes — Stripe automatically emails you a receipt as soon as your payment succeeds.

How do session packages work?

A package is a bundle of prepaid credits for one specific service. Once purchased, each credit can be redeemed for a session at no extra charge — just book as usual and your credit is applied automatically instead of a card charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel and receive a full automatic refund up until 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund.

How do I cancel a session?

Go to your Profile and cancel the upcoming session from your bookings list. If you paid by card and you're outside the 24-hour window, your refund is issued automatically. If you booked with a package credit, the credit is returned to your account for future use.

How long does a refund take to show up?

Refunds are issued immediately on our end through Stripe, but it can take your bank a few business days to post it back to your card.
