  • Booking information: the sessions you book, your preferred contact details, and any notes you choose to share with your practitioner.
  • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card number — Stripe handles that directly and shares with us only what's needed to confirm your booking (e.g. payment status).
  • Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Create and maintain your account
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage your sessions (via our scheduling partner)
  • Process payments for sessions and packages (via Stripe)
  • Send booking confirmations and account-related emails
  • Send newsletter content, if you've subscribed (you can unsubscribe any time)
  • Improve our services and respond to support requests

3. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Cal.com — scheduling and calendar invitations
  • Google — sign-in, and video meeting links for online sessions
  • Our email and newsletter providers — sending transactional and newsletter emails

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Sensitive information shared during sessions

Conversations and notes shared with your practitioner during a session may include health, wellness, or personal information you choose to disclose. This information is kept confidential and is not used for marketing or shared with third parties beyond what's needed to deliver the session itself.

5. Data retention

We retain account and booking information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your choices

  • You can update your profile information at any time from your account.
  • You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails using the link in any email.
  • You can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
